Prayer Requests

Pray for all the members of our congregation that we will lay aside every encumbrance, and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfector of our faith,….so that we may not grow weary and lose heart. 

(Hebrew 12:1-3)

Please pray for our expectant mothers:   Mary Beth Perpall, Melissa Ellis and Amy Jones.

Pray for Jermaine Ponder who is serving in Iraq.  He has been there several years.

Pray that he comes home with a good mental mind-set.

Pray for Wendy Sandberg as she recovers from another foot surgery.

Continue to pray for the Jumper family.

Pray for Sandy Kinnard who will have to continue wearing a neck brace through September.  Pray for her complete healing.

Pray for Sandy Kinnard’s brother, Richard.  His cancer has returned and has spread all over his body.  Pray also for his family.

Pray for Betty Anne Bell’s brother who has been diagnosed with cancer.

Pray for Marilu Adcock’s sister, Jean Lester, who has Alzheimer’s.

Frank Knowles, Paula & James Razor’s brother in law, has been diagnosed with lung cancer.  Pray for him as he undergoes treatment.

Pray for Myra Moseley as she undergoes chemo treatments.  Pray for her recovery and complete healing.

Pray for Jean Edmonds’ nephew who has deployed to Afghanistan.

Caroline Johnson is meeting with surgeons about back surgery this fall.  Pray for her and her family.

Bill Eades had open heart surgery and is home now.  Pray for his full recovery.

Sheri Lawton’s cousin has been diagnosed with meningitis.  Pray for him as he undergoes treatment.
